Delete your Gaspr account

You can delete your Gaspr account, and the personal data associated with it, at any time.

From within the app (recommended)

• Open Gaspr and go to Settings.
• Open the account section and choose Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is closed and your personal data is deleted or anonymised.

If you can't access the app

Email support@gaspr.io from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that you own the account before we act on the request.

What gets deleted

When deletion succeeds, we delete your sign-in identity, remove your email and generated display name, deactivate push tokens, and remove your live House memberships. Historical Responses, results, reports, moderation records, and other audit-linked records may remain under a stable internal identifier and appear as belonging to "Deleted user". We also currently retain date-of-birth, age-verification, and legal acceptance records as limited compliance evidence. You can ask us to erase retained personal data; we will delete it unless we have a lawful reason to keep it. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
